I can’t recommend paying the extra money for “Peace of Mind.” Not only did they charge me a lot of money to screw up my taxes but they left me hanging for the IRS bill and, worse to me, wasted my time over THREE MONTHS, saying they were “looking into it” the whole time and passing the case back and forth from one employee to another, so it was impossible to track or get any information about what was happening. Why pay H&R big bucks when you can mess up your taxes on your own?
I love using H & R Block. I drop my taxes off and they take care of the rest. I am confident that they do their best for me.
