Somehow our taxes were never filed. After numerous calls we finally just showed up at the office and got it done. Delayed our refunds by months. Never again. Stay away from this office.
Go anywhere else. We had our first appointments with Sandra in early February and turned in all paperwork a couple weeks later February 16. In Mid march we called for a status and those calls went unanswered/ weren't returned. We called again in early April with the same result. On April 14 we received an email stating we needed to file an extension. Office calls again went unanswered so we contacted corporate who said they would message Sandra . This again went unanswered. Come here if you wanna show up to an empty office, and when someone shows up expect to be stared at till you initiate conversation, and be told that she doesn’t have time once you do inquire about tax services. Worst customer service ever. It’s worth the drive to go any where else… dear owner you’re lucky you don’t have competition up here or you’d have gone out of business. Oh and the only person working then proceeds to leave after me leaving the office empty for the next client to show up to… this was at 3 in the afternoo... read more
