I have had the same poor service that some others had. They don't answer the phone. They have no idea what the status of your return is even though I paid them to do so. I still haven't seen any refund. I have contacted them several times and still nothing. They took my money and I got nothing out of it but crappy service and several visits to their office because they don't answer the phone. A huge waste of money and time.
Somehow our taxes were never filed. After numerous calls we finally just showed up at the office and got it done. Delayed our refunds by months. Never again. Stay away from this office.
Go anywhere else. We had our first appointments with Sandra in early February and turned in all paperwork a couple weeks later February 16. In Mid march we called for a status and those calls went unanswered/ weren't returned. We called again in early April with the same result.
