I don't know about other offices but I do not in very strong terms recommend using H & R Block at the Water Tower place. I have been trying to reach the person that always does my taxes to see if they are ready for pickup. I have left several messages but I have to wonder if they are passed along. This is my 3rd year using them and I have to go through this same thing every year. This will be my last year using H & R Block. Great customer service
These people are awesome! I came in with a few years of back taxes that were undone. They each took a year and got them done! They are amazing! I left that office a little more than an hour later and much lighter in heart and mind.
