Seems you never get much a refund at all if you go here VS anywhere else or doing your taxes yourself. The rate goes up every year and they can't explain why.
So many businesses, like this one, don't seem to understand that it is soft skills - responding to customer enquiries in a timely and helpful way, being truthful so as to build trust, etc. - that make or break a business, regardless of their competence in technical skills.
