Great service, very friendly staff. Im a man who struggles and needs help, so this good service is essential for me. Keep in mind people, alot of the usual places we go to for taxes arent doing taxes, so almost everyone is relying on H&R block. They are over worked, but from my experience, they are still doing as best as they can.
Never getting my taxes done here again. Such a waste of money these people are
Lazy and unprofessional. I called 3 months after filing to ask where my return was. I was told that that they learned a long time go that direct deposits were no longer accepted by H&R Block and that it was not there fault for not letting me know. This is after they charged me 300$ for a simple return. Now I have to call CRA to try and find my return. H&R Block should be embarrassed.
Took awhile to get my taxes done and ridiculously expensive. There’s cheaper options to your taxes done.
