Lazy and unprofessional. I called 3 months after filing to ask where my return was. I was told that that they learned a long time go that direct deposits were no longer accepted by H&R Block and that it was not there fault for not letting me know. This is after they charged me 300$ for a simple return. Now I have to call CRA to try and find my return. H&R Block should be embarrassed.
Took awhile to get my taxes done and ridiculously expensive. There’s cheaper options to your taxes done.

Don't use this office for your income tax return. I had my 2019 taxes done here. They told me I had to pay approximately $1000 to Rev Canada. I received a letter from rev Canada saying I owed over $20,000. Yes that is twenty thousand dollars. I went back to their office and they told me it was my fault. That I took money out of my Rrsp. I did not. I went back to their office 4 times. They could not reach the person that did my income taxes. The owner was also not available.
