2nd time in a week that this "business" cancels their appointment day before the scheduled appountment. Today they want to felay for a third time to March 1oth..... They lie about appointments set online to keep you on the line (fishing), then the "Just take an extention and we can continue later" approach to tax prep.....Delay the customer and get more to schedule eith them and get extentions as well, then we can take walk ins while the idiots who scheduled, eventualy get theres when we have a chance.. Christine is a crook charging 251$ at the time of inflation to do taxes and not even trying to help lower the price at all, already filled out the survey and was promised a call back to discuss this matter and she failed to return my call. I would not recommend her or this location of fraudulent people. They discuss all of your personal information out loud when you can prepare your taxes yourself online for free.
