Went in there to do my taxes and left with someone else’s name on my taxes.( If you see a name followed by "% Another Name," it means the item (e.g., a tax refund check) is addressed to the first person, but is being sent in care of the second person at their address. )
Very poor service. They don't know what they are doing and they flagged my accounts cause these people didn't file in order and on time. I had 2022, 2023, and 2024 to file and they filed 2024 first which flagged me and then filed 2022 and that flagged me and filed my 2023 electronically. Which shows the system I tried to file incorrectly and not in order of the year. Molesta. Hice mi cita para tener atencion especialmente en Español con la señora Candy Rivera. Asi que esperando para ser atendida en mi idioma, que aqui, en este caso lo preferia, tuve que viajar en bus por aprox. 45 minutos. Cuando llego al lugar, y muy puntual a mi cita…, aaaah que la señora Rivera no estaba hoy, que estaba en otra oficina👿¡Para que entonces ofrecen el servicio en Español si a ultima hora no cumplen con esto!
