Josh hasn't called me back but one of the many times he or the receptionist said he would. I'm now late on taxes with no idea what's going on because these people won't contact me back. The receptionist started off nice till the 20th time I called and was upset with why I havnt gotten any information or a call back and I was finally upset, She's telling me I don't have a right to be. Turbo tax is way better in performance all around comfort and most of all turbo tax works with you to correct their mistakes. I have been dooped by h&r block twice now and they have shown little or no remorse to correct their job. 1 star is giving this buisness credit. After 15 years I will not be going back to h&r.
