Had a phone appointment scheduled at noon and did not recieved a call. Called and they acted surprised i was waiting and said Ruberta would call me back. Wait 30 more minutes and no call. Called back and they said she was in a appointment. Well that should have been me. Then they ask if wanted to come in. If i knew that was a option i would have done that first. Now im supposed to go in and stand in line after i made a appointment?Well here i am still waiting.
