I got my taxes done with Bailee. She was extremely professional and she knew what she was doing unlike previous tax places that I've gone before. I'll definitely will come back next year.
Edit: Wow, you take the time to reply here but not to actually help me by having your employees contact their customers who emailed over 4 days ago - ghosting is a GREAT way to retain customers! ******************* It's really too bad your "tax pros" aren't given the time to reply to emails and voicemails instead of passing customers thru like cattle especially since those calling and emailing are customers too. And the website truly, not your fault as you have little to no say in it, really sucks.
The manager here is extremely unprofessional and didn't know answers to basic tax questions. Highly recommend looking elsewhere, it is scary that they are doing people's taxes. She passed off our case to someone else without even asking if they had availability (they didn't) and wanted us out of there as soon as possible so she could have some free time between scheduled meetings (we had a scheduled appointment for one hour and it took only 20 minutes she had us out of there, with no answers except passing us off to someone ... read more
