I got my taxes done with Bailee. She was extremely professional and she knew what she was doing unlike previous tax places that I've gone before. I'll definitely will come back next year.

The manager here is extremely unprofessional and didn't know answers to basic tax questions. Highly recommend looking elsewhere, it is scary that they are doing people's taxes. She passed off our case to someone else without even asking if they had availability (they didn't) and wanted us out of there as soon as possible so she could have some free time between scheduled meetings (we had a scheduled appointment for one hour and it took only 20 minutes she had us out of there, with no answers except passing us off to someone ... read more
