Great staff
They provided wrong information and charged for a service that was done incorrectly. Wasted time and money.
The Tax assocaite was terrible, had to wait for weeks to return messages sent and when she responds she doesn't address my concerns but ask unrelated questions. She waited till the last day of Tax to file my taxes after turning all my documents to her 3 months in advance.
Great onsite help and experience, was not satisfied at all with online virtual option, was never contacted for follow up .
