They have taken too long with our tax return, then she tried to claim Louise that there was a glitch in the system and that she would get back to me. Have not heard anything from her and now our taxes are late thanks to their ignorance. They will be paying the fees! H&R Block is not the company they used to be and is a joke nowadays do not use them. You could get more of a return with TurboTax.!
