If I could I would leave no stars. Had been a H&R Block client since 2012. Over the years it cost more and more each year to have taxes done, and after the experience this year I'm completely done using H&R Block. Tax prep was majorly messed up and had to take to another firm to get amended and fixed after was refused by H&R Block to fix it. Liked to have never gotten refunded the tax prep fee but finally did. Save yourself the headache and not use H&R Block.
Knowledgeable staff, quality product, reasonable price! Completely satisfied!
