Awful customer service do not recommend this place of business.Plenty of other places to do taxes..
I had some challenges with with filing my 2023 taxes. I was first assigned to a different tax pro, but Zachary has stepped in to help resolve my issues. I appreciate his quick response and willingness to help!

Sarah Valentine was so rude, aggressive, to my wife today in the Carbondale location. Claiming that a lot of people were having problems today, so this tells me she was overwhelmed and can’t handle this job position due to a lot going on her plate. So disappointed about this, my wife has nervous problems and she is shaking right now. I do not care about how Sarah overwhelmed today this is her job and I would suggest to find another job, customer service is not an easy task to perform.
