Sarah Valentine was so rude, aggressive, to my wife today in the Carbondale location. Claiming that a lot of people were having problems today, so this tells me she was overwhelmed and can’t handle this job position due to a lot going on her plate. So disappointed about this, my wife has nervous problems and she is shaking right now. I do not care about how Sarah overwhelmed today this is her job and I would suggest to find another job, customer service is not an easy task to perform.
