I’ve used the same tax rep for 6 years now and have had zero issues, they are super helpful, quick, and caring.
I knew better than to come to this location based on the reviews I had made an appointment for 1 PM. Had an email that verified that but when I got there, they tried telling me my appointment was at two and then I’d have to wait well I made an appointment because I had somewhere to be and when I showed them my email that showed I was supposed to be there at one. They didn’t seem to care at all. Would not recommend coming here even with an appointment they still do this to you bad bad business.
Had my taxes prepared here and the tax professional Jennifer was very knowledgeable,efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.
