Emelia is one of the most phenomenal and professional folks I've ever worked with for my taxes. She is on point when it comes to answering questions and has an extreme sense of urgency when getting back to me. I feel extremely safe and confident where's my tax returns with her and very grateful for the work she's done. Went last year and went to a different H&r this year. The lady who did my taxes, messed them up AS STATED BY THE GUY WHOS DOING MY TAXES THIS YEAR. He explained exactly how and where she messed up and now he’s saying not to be surprised if I get audited. GO SOMEWHERE WITH AMERICANS DOING AMERICAN TSXES, Not all these foreigners- in the NICEST way possible.
Been a customer for almost a decade. We have a simple tax situation, and know for years I’ve over paid to have my taxes done but I was always pleased with service.
