The software sucks and reports incorrect information, even if the "Accuracy Guarantee" says it's fine. Doing your taxes in person costs about $500 per hour if you have a lot of different things to deal with. Not worth the time or money. However, the tax preparer was nice and friendly, and I am fairly certain he was on point with his numbers. Still not worth the money.
