Negligent, dismissive and unprofessional are just a few adjectives to describe this company. They have continuously neglected my business taxes. This has been ongoing since April 6th. April 6th - My wife and I go to have both business and personal taxes done. H&R files our personal and send my business info to a specialist within the area. Personal taxes should have been filed AFTER business taxes. H&R admitted that they messed up here. April 15th - The Tax Specialist, Amy, calls me to discuss my Business filing.
