Negligent, dismissive and unprofessional are just a few adjectives to describe this company. They have continuously neglected my business taxes. This has been ongoing since April 6th. April 6th - My wife and I go to have both business and personal taxes done. H&R files our personal and send my business info to a specialist within the area. I usually do my taxes myself, but this past year I worked a 2nd gig door dashing and I couldn't begin to know where to start! H&R block made it simple, fast, and saved me a lot of money! Lisa was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly and she really went out of the way to make sure I got the best outcome!
