Found out this year that my federal taxes were not sent out for tax year 2022. I filed in March 2023 with Robin and had kept all my paperwork. Received 2 letters from the IRS one saying they have a credit on my account and the next said they couldn't process it because they never received my tax return. So I have to fax the tax form to the IRS myself.
I have had to file a complaint against this franchise, owned by Daniel J. Amero, for refusing to follow the company's 100% accuracy policy. The tax pro missed a number on my direct deposit resulting in no tax refund and having to call and figure out how to get my refund. So now it is May. I have still not received a refund from the state still waiting because the "tax pro" lacks attention to detail. The "tax pro" cannot copy information from a check that was put in her hand. I am very disappointed with this company.
I have an active complaint with H&R Block Headquarters regarding the Millinocket franchise for their refusal to follow H&R Block's quality grantees and their rogue behavior.
