I took my taxes to the Millinocket H & R Block. The Presque Isle, Houlton and Millinocket offices are franchises owned by Daniel J Amero. After some time of not getting my refund I called to check on my refund. I got the Presque Isle office the receptionist was rude. I called about a week later to check on my refund again the same rude receptionist gave me the number of the State to check my refund. Great service!…our appt was delayed by 15mins or so, however it’s understandable considering different tax situations. I’m not great with names, but Mrs. Soucie was very informative, knew what she was doing, and was extremely professional. What was NICE to see, was the friendly attitude, and obvious great customer service skills, as well as the willingness to go above and beyond by reviewing previous years taxes, in case of errors.
