Horrible!!! They messed up my taxes twice! This year has been a headache as I was there I knew there was a mistake and went to another H&R Block to get it fixed. The lady who is amazing and fixed my taxes called this building told them DO NOT send in the wrong return. They disregarded and sent it in and now I have to wait until July for my Amended return. If I could I would give negative 1 million stars and that's being nice!
I scheduled a 15-minute drop-off appointment with H&R Block to file 2025 taxes. After 2 HOURS, I was still there while the associate struggled their way through the tax site. The worker then proceeds to confuse us with random questions, incorrect explanations, and constant requests for aid from her associates and us, making us question why the heck we are paying for her “help”. Friendly folks, sure, but they took 57% of my tax refund as payment, AFTER a discount I got through my employer. They said what I paid was pretty average for their customers, and I think that was supposed to make me feel better, but I think they are aware it's a poor deal, because I must've asked 10x what it was going to cost from the time I walked in to when they sent documents out, and they simply wouldn't answer me until it was done/we'd already been there over and hour.
