I had scheduled a telephone appointment regarding my ALREADY PAID FOR 2023 tax. This H&R Block did not contact me at my appointment time, I called, it went straight to VM, which was full. Hours online stated open til 5pm. My husband and drove over there and the office was closed! This is on top of my horrible tax experience with another H & R Block in Albuquerque NM. Is this indicative of work ethics in Albuquerque NM? I do not know, but H &R Block will never get my business again. I will be reporting this to corporate.
