By far worst experience I have had with this company. I have filed with H&R for the past 5-7 years. This location does not care about the service you receive. You are just a number to them. Last year I filed, the “professional “ I worked with completely messed up my taxes and lied about forms she was confident in using. She ended up delaying my return until mid August 2024 is when I got my return, and the amount I received was about 50% of what I was told I was getting.
