My fiancée and I had an appointment scheduled 6pm. We arrived 20 minutes early. Office was closed when we got there. Sign said open till 7. Took our business across the street.
Extremely disappointed. I made an online appointment for 7pm. I was called asking to move my appointment up to 6 as the office closes at 7. Unsure as to why the system allowed me to book a closing time appointment, but that’s beside the point. I was asked to move up to 6, and I told whoever I spoke to that I could do 5:00, but that I just needed to confirm my fiancé would be home in time so we could come together.
