Renee the manager is totally unprofessional and quite frankly... incompetent. Her customer service skills are non existent. She cancels appointments multiple times and then when you finally come in for your appt. she gives you a person you weren't even scheduled to see after being told you would see the person you requested! My mother has gone to this location for the last 4 years and after this... she won't be back.
