Unfortunate gross claims about tax expertise and services that you'll receive. The website will claim you'll get a "tax pro" unique to your situation and "you'll get your best refund", along with other false promises. You are expected to know every deduction, no matter what they claim on their websites, god help you if get a tax pro that doesn't know your business area, apparently its only your job to know it in and out and they aren't going to be accountable to even using AI or any tools to assist you in getting an optimal ... read more
