I dealt with Tax Preparers in the past and Ms. Anne Hutchison was the best by far. She was very patient and took her time explaining everything to me and also redid the forms few times because of system errors. I also learned that Ms. Hutchison is retiring at the end of the month. I wish her the best of luck.
I feel like Elizabeth Petersen did not do the best she could do to give me the most out of my taxes. I feel like I paid $300 plus for something I could've done better myself. This is my first year filing taxes, I told her that, and I feel like she did the bare minimum for me. more than 30 years doing my taxes with this company and I had never had any problems with them, but unfortunately I went to do my taxes and I was served by a woman Elizabeth Peterson, a racist woman, full of frustrations, no professionalism, has no idea what she is doing and her personal appearance is anything but impeccable.
