This review is not for this H&R Block location, but for H&R Block in general, I placed another review for the hilltop location asking for somebody from corporate to reach out to me because of a situation where my taxes were found wrong and cost me $1000 out of my savings account Because the accountant at H&R Block put that I owed the state of Maryland when I did it. My tax person told me she would file my amendment and she then told me a week later that she did not have time to file the amendment. I am a single mother and I have a lot of stress daily as it is and for this to happen when the IRS wants an amended return, and the professional said she would do so is disappointing. I suggest going to a different office how unprofessional to do this to someone especially when told they could help you initially and has all the documents needed for the amendment.
