The tax professional made a mistake and didn't look at all of the documents I sent them. After I payed for the service, I get an additional bill for the correction they made. Now my taxes aren't filed and they want me to pay again.
Worst experience ever. Staff and manager were extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER
I switched to the office on Mission which is much more squared away. My last return I did with them, the preparer told me I could pay my taxes by credit card at the IRS office at San Marcos. They couldn't do it and I tried to call the preparer who never returned my calls. The receptionist at the Mission office allowed me to use their computer and wondered why my preparer just didn't do it instead of sending me to San Marcos. For the past three years I have gone here and seen Luz. Today, I walked out due to consistently poor service. My biggest complaint is that for the past three years Luz is at least 30 minutes late with some bs excuse. I’m tired of showing up about ten minutes early and then having to wait a half an hour more after my scheduled appointment. I will never go back to this location.
This location has been a God sent. Everyone at this location is the best. A time that is stressful for some. Everyone is smooth as butter. The energy from each employeee has a calming factor. They relate life experience and give you the best advice in the industry. Sohelia and Jo are amazing employees. The love and caring gestures they give off is awesome. I cannot tell you.
