Complete joke now, they have hired new people, really do not know what they are doing, and over $200.00 a session, well this year I used TurboTax, I done it for free, I never received a high amount as I have. We got Audited last year because of a rookie mistake.
I had a wonderful and welcoming when I first walked i was taken care of immediately I didn't have to wait long my tax preparer was nice and knowledgeable she helped with all my questions and was very nice I will be going back there next year.
Great place for filing taxes.
Fast really nice and accurate they explain everything to u and I hardly ever have to wait Ms. Sonya is the best I highly recommend her
