We had an absolutely terrible time filing our taxes at this location. They have posters throughout their branch stating “We find every credit you’re entitled to.” After paying $430 for them to file our taxes, we discovered 3 credits that had originally been missed amounting to several hundred dollars in tax savings. We were met with indifference and told that we were suppose to tell them we were eligible for them - despite never being asked questions about these fields, and all their advertising stating they find the credits... read more
