I was extremely disappointed by my experience. I assumed I would be in good hands based on the advertising (that they would find all deductions I was eligible for) and fees ($200+ dollars per filing). No information was communicated before my appointment about what to expect. We had an absolutely terrible time filing our taxes at this location. They have posters throughout their branch stating “We find every credit you’re entitled to.” After paying $430 for them to file our taxes, we discovered 3 credits that had originally been missed amounting to several hundred dollars in tax savings.
