I scheduled my appointment virtually, uploaded everything, and was taken care of by Jacqueline. I came in the next day and was able to get everything done within the day. I signed the paperwork and was given the breakdown. The process was quick and professional all around. Definitely coming back.

I thought I was in good hands won’t be coming here again apart from all the money that I could’ve gotten I had another tax pro do two years of amendments, it breaks my heart because I’ve came here for 12 years and my family has to and apparently there was no discrepancies only in my taxes but my family looked into there’s to and the same. Don't file your taxes here. They do everything wrong! They dont get any of your documents or file them onto the system! In the middle of my taxes I got a form from the tax bureau and even though you pay piece of mind they won't do anything to help you!!! It's the worst tax place I've ever been to! They steal from you and make you think they will help, but they shut down the office right after so you can't find them.
Jacqueline, my representative was amazing. She was kind, efficient, and helpful. Would come back for years to come.
