So I called H&R Block yesterday because I had lost my 1022. The agent had all the information I needed to go online and get a copy. I arrived and was in the door and seated in 5 minutes. (5 minutes because I was a first time customer and had questions to answer at the receptionist, Miss Denequa's desk) So the whole process was quick and painless.
