I had everything done for them, just needed them to answer and review my documents before I submitted. Pretty much told me to go kick rocks
Manny was amazing! He was funny and helped put our minds at ease! The appointment was quick and easy.
Terrible... we appeared to owe, we paid and then when we went to actual accountants this past year we were owed over $10k BACK!!! Actual accountant wasn't much more $$ than H&R.... sorry we ever wasted our time.

I tried for three days to get my taxes sent to me to be reviewed before they were sent in. Unfortunately I was in the ER and couldn't go into the building. No matter how many times I called to verify my email I never got my taxes sent to me. They finally just pushed them through at 10pm on the 15th. Then at 2am on the 16th I get a surgery from HR Block if I was satisfied with my service! How xan you email me a satisfaction survey but not my taxes? Then charge me $400 no problem.
