If I could rate less than 1 star I absolutely would. Have been doing my taxes here for years. However on 3/7/25 my husband and I had an appointment at 2pm, we arrived at 130 pm waited until 255pm for someone to assist. I asked if there was anyone else available who could help but there was not, only 1 person available to do taxes, we sit and listened to laughing and gossiping about counties in Kentucky as well as multiple other things.
