If I could rate less than 1 star I absolutely would. Have been doing my taxes here for years. However on 3/7/25 my husband and I had an appointment at 2pm, we arrived at 130 pm waited until 255pm for someone to assist. I asked if there was anyone else available who could help but there was not, only 1 person available to do taxes, we sit and listened to laughing and gossiping about counties in Kentucky as well as multiple other things. I've been doing my taxes here for 20 years, and I ALWAYS get great sercice. It may cost a little more, but the security is worth it.
