After 16+ years with H&R Block, this location the past 3 years is why we will be switching services. Highly recommend hiring a local CPA that cares about their accounts.
This year my husband and I decided to give H&R Block another try for our taxes. We made an appointment, showed up on time with all of our information either printed or pre emailed. The appointment started with complaints about us sending digital copies of our documents despite the fact that we were asked to do that.
