My experience was terrible. I went there to get my detailed T1 for the year 2025 and the old lady over there wearing glasses was rude and not giving chance to talk anyways I told her to sent me my T1 on my email so atleast it will make my life easier but she refused to do that. I said her check my SIN number email address and you already have my ID everything is crossed check but she didn't agree and handover me the hard copy of my T1 which has almost on 70 pages.
