H&R Block Does not stand behind their advertised “100% Accuracy or your Money Back” it’s a sham. Mine was processed in error and I was told because “I signed off on it as being correct” therefore I won’t be refunded and I would have to contact IRS myself. I signed the little black box but I didn’t see my actual return at the time I signed. They give it to you in an envelope once you pay and leaving your appt. They are way overpriced $196 for a simple joint file (no detailed forms just W2s) I WILL NEVER USE HR BLOCK again. Sa... read more
