I have used the same Tax professional for several years. Never had any problems and it's always a pleasant experience.
First you should change the hours on here. Second i call for the hours they tell me 6pm-8pm i show up at 730pm GONE!! Ok i call the next day asking what happened, she said "no showed up so we left early" then dont even mention the hours if you're "going to leave early". I decide to mention the time I'll be going the next day i mentioned "some time between 6:45-7:15" STILL decide to gimmie set me the appt at 6:30, after i clearly mentioned the time i was going to be there.
