They scanned my credit card for payment of services, my financial institution shows where it was paid. H&R Block is holding up sending my taxes through because they say they can’t see where I paid them for their services even though I showed them on my bank statement where it had been paid and posted. I even had my financial institution rep on the phone with them explaining to them, but they still did nothing and basically told me I would have to pay them again in order for them to send my state and federal taxes in.
