The worst, most unprofessional and careless tax experience I've ever seen. On April 30th at 3:30 they tell me they didn't even start my 2023 returns, being on time was the only reason I had chosen an external tax preparer. My documents were provided 47 days ahead of deadline. Terrible response time. The agent even told me my returns were a waste of her time. There seems to be no count taking or a review process by a higher tax expert, nor any care that the deadline is approaching and work isn't finished. Forget about seeing ... read more
