Stopped in there to ask some questions, not one person in five minutes came up to the front counter. I just called this location to ask questions because it’s close to my new home. Nobody answers the phone then it cuts you off. Definitely not going to be my H&R Block location! Think I might even switch if they can’t even answer the phone or help you in person.
We pay for piece of mind!…. And by NO MEANS, Have we had ANY Piece OF MIND! We have taken our papers to our tax pro and they were supposed to reach out to IRS on our behalf…. Yet, We still have yet to receive 2021 income tax that would have Brought us almost $20,000…. This is absurd and they did not give us credit for our kids on 2023 taxes!!!! B!
