This year idk what happened but I only had one W2 and same job as year before yet they screwed it up so badly. I asked for the refund advance. Not rejected just not selected, also the tax prep said I couldn't use my own bank if I wanted the opportunity for the advance so I took the emerald card then she didn't even check the box. I've got the paperwork in front of me. I went back to the office and the mgr said by payment would be refunded due to the issues like saying new customer yet been 20yrs.
