It is completely unacceptable for them to put me on a video call without accommodating my hearing impairment. It is incredibly disrespectful and I hope they take my feedback seriously and make changes to ensure that all customers, regardless of their abilities, are treated with respect and consideration. This is inappropriate way to do this to any hearing impaired.
I love H&R block! I received fast and friendly service along with smiling faces. I am recommending H&R block to my family and friends.
