Peggy Ford did a great job and got my return done so fast!! Great experience!!
Never had a bad experience at H&R block. However this year I was not impressed, the tax agent did not know what she was doing. She was constantly asking us if everything was right or asking us questions. This is why my husband and I came to H&R block instead of doing them ourselves. If you are going to work on people's taxes you would think you would 100% know what you are doing. I understand having a brain fog moment but this is people's money you are playing with make sure you know what you are doing.
Cinthia knows her tax information & she is ALWAYS willing to do what she can to help me. I have used her the past 5 years, I consider her a friend now & I will not see anyone else as long as she is here!!!
