Their service is excellent and the people actually want to help. I have absolutely no problem with H&R block, because they did me good last year. My problem is with the IRS making me jump through hoops to get my own money when absolutely none of my information from last year's has changed
Friendly knowledgeable staff. EXPENSIVE and not upfront with pricing. Edited to say... they made a $500.00 mistake. IRS caught it. Almost made it worth the ticket price.
