It was my first time working with HR Block and the experience was great. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. I worked with Mah Diomande. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. She explained everything in clear detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'm going to continue having my taxes prepared here because of her expertise.
My husband and I prepared our taxes together this year and received outstanding service from Bob Anderson, who demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. He made the process of filing our taxes pain free and quite enjoyable. 😄 I highly recommend this place and make your appointment with Bob 🫶🏻 you are not gonna regret it 💯
Filed for our taxes this year and our preparer filed our taxes wrong. We had to go back in for them to correct their issue and just got notice in the mail that they were filed wrong a second time. We paid too much for the preparer to mess up this badly.
Anne was simply wonderful. She's very knowledgeable, professional and just fun to work with. She'll get the job done right and in a timely manner!
