I did my taxes twice with them. The first time seemed okay but I also thought it wasn't correct. Now the second time I'm still waiting for the government to approve it because there's mistakes and H&R says they didn't make mistakes. Yeah the government says there's wrong information. They're asking for me to send in the information again twice now. Great job H&R.
I’ve done my taxes twice here. The first time went off without a hitch, the second time the CRA is telling me my tax’s were never filed but this location insists they are. I think they need to do better. Period, for over $300 you think they’d do their job properly. Extremely dissatisfied this time. Do better .

Not impressed, on a Saturday close to the end of tax time, to have a single staff member who can't even pull up a file to answer a question is ridiculous! Do better!! This is why I don't do my taxes with you, but my partner did. I've been trying to get info on his taxes so I can complete mine, and was just told after my third phone call in two days that I have to wait until Monday, for an employee who can pull a file! hopefully he will never do taxes here again.
