Very professional, very skilled people.
Not impressed, on a Saturday close to the end of tax time, to have a single staff member who can't even pull up a file to answer a question is ridiculous! Do better!! This is why I don't do my taxes with you, but my partner did. I've been trying to get info on his taxes so I can complete mine, and was just told after my third phone call in two days that I have to wait until Monday, for an employee who can pull a file! hopefully he will never do taxes here again.
