Don't use them. We filed our taxes with them and it was great, until we had a problem and tried to talk to someone. Donna H. was ok while we were there for the filing. But we still had a problem, and we cant even know why because we cant talk to a person with a working brain, so it could have something she did. But we dont know! Who ever the other Donna is, should be fired. Robs the average tax payer, charging 250 to PROCESS a w2 with a total return of 600 shouldnt just be frowned upon, it shouldnt exist. If the degree of difficulty was higher it would make sense. Told me at the very end I couldn't charge my payment from the tax return itself. (Common practice) which made it more difficult to be in current status than BEFORE I walked in the door. Would never recommend this service to anyone.
Great group of people. Very friendly. Donna H had been our Tax Pro for years, but they are all super people and know their stuff.
