The ladies at this location very racist, unprofessional and rude. Don’t trust your private business with this location. I would avoid HR Blocks at all costs. These folks aren’t about helping you benefit from the tax code systems.
I was a little confused on my filing this year, so decided to give this place a shot. I had an in person appt with Victoria, a young and very nice girl whom I could tell was very inexperienced. My paperwork was all in order and amounts were added up before I arrived. I was there an hour and a half with two girls trying to do a fairly simple return. Don’t normally leave reviews but had a Very poor experience. Took way way too long to prepare a fairly simple return that a computer program guided him through. “Tax expert” lacked basic communication, computer, and tax prep/knowledge skills to help. Left feeeling I got ripped off, paid way too much for something I could have done myself but wanted their “expertise” to see where I could do better. Never again. Better off going to another location or completely different company.
Never again will I visit this location!!! Didn't go back year before last because of the treatment. Then this year got a 150$ off coupon emailed to me. So I decided to give them another chance. Go I and drop off my taxes to be done and told them I had the coupon, they wanted to see it to make sure it was valid???. Got a call the next day my taxes were done and ready to be picked up.
