Will never go to h and r block again, scheduled a time to have a professional file mine and my wife's taxes because I felt like turbotax had made a mistake. Get to my appointment and the lady working with us basically was trying to find ANY reason not to even get started on our taxes... I guess that's what happens when you schedule an appointment on Tuesday at 9 am. Word of advice stay away from this location. Th
Do not use! This was my first and last experience with H&R Block! I just found out my address was incorrect on the form they filed. If you can’t get something so basic as an address correct, you certainly can’t handle more complicated tax issues correctly!
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This office is the most poorly run office I have ever seen. First off, their appointment scheduling makes zero sense. They scheduled me several different appointments in several different locations, all of which I didn't choose or schedule myself.
