y do I have a story to tell......im going to sum up. First off my partner use to get his taxes done by a woman who is no longer at this location. After this year he was to file taxes with H&R block. When he called to inquire was he told thay he owed almost $2,000 and he had to come in to discuss. My partner was obviously upset like anyone and the EXTREMELY RUDE AND ENTITLED KAREN kept saying....you done yet every time there was a half second break in what was being said.
